After my graduation in 2006 I realised my interest in web sites and have since pursued my goal to work within this industry. I am currently contracting at Lloyds TSB as a web developer/designer. I consider myself to be a friendly and conscientious individual with a love of the Arts and a passion for web design.

As well as the experience listed below, I spend a considerable amount of my spare time improving my skills. I keep up to date with current W3C standards and take an interest in all areas of web design and development.  In November I also completed a course in ASP and classic VBscript.

Experience

November 2008 – February 2009; Lloyds TSB intranet ‘You and our role’ site (contract)
The ‘You and your role’ website is one of the largest internal sites within the bank, displaying information about employee’s role guidelines, targets and rewards.

Web designer:

July 2008 –November 2008; Speakerporn.com (speaker gallery)
I was asked to create a web forum where users could log in, post images of their speakers and discuss these images.

June 2008; Mukusclothing.co.uk
The brief was to create a site to communicate the designer's abilities and contact details.

October 2007-June 2008; Zeecreate.com
My own project, functioning in a similar way to eBay, it aims to enable artists and craftsmen to sell their work online.

Aiming to create an e-commerce gift shop which reflects the traditional values and brand of the current shop, but which also appeals to a younger customer base.

December 2006 – March 2007; Bristol Insurgent Art

The brief was to create an informative website for people wanting to find out about the group.
